The hotel's proximity to a busy motorway makes it easy to access major attractions, but noise levels might affect sensitive sleepers. Rooms are spotless, but guests staying on the lower floors report a high level of noise from coming and going traffic. the staff is welcoming and helpful, and the restaurant serves delicious meals. You can enjoy refreshing lemon or lime-flavored water on the well-manicured premises.
The hotel could improve on soundproofing to minimize the disturbance of guests' peaceful rest.

The tropical grounds were beautiful, and the staff was helpful and friendly. I loved the flavored water they offered in the afternoon, and the wifi worked great. the rooms were clean and comfy, and the free coffee was a nice touch. the hotel was situated in a great location, close to many local attractions, and the pool was pleasant for an afternoon dip. the price was reasonable for the value.
The noise from the street was quite loud at night, which made it challenging to sleep. the food at the hotel was subpar and overpriced.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel, Palapa Palace Inn. The tropical vibe and beautiful grounds made me feel like I was in paradise. The staff was friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with a big, comfy bed. I enjoyed the free coffee in the morning, which was delicious, and the flavored water in the afternoon was a nice touch. Despite a bit of noise from the road in the morning, I still had a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The first thing that caught my attention was the stunning tropical garden in the center. I liked that they offer free coffee in the morning and cookies to kick start the day. the staff was friendly and very helpful with any inquiries I had. I also appreciated that the hotel was conveniently located close to key business locations, making it easy to attend meetings on time.
The noise level in the hotel was a bit distracting, particularly in the evenings. It could be a combination of tile floors and the guests, but it was noticeable and affected my sleep quality.
